WARRANTY FOR TOMELL WATCHES
1.THANK YOU FOR PURCHASING A WATCH FROM TOMELL
You have acquired a watch from Tomell London which we hope shall bring you great pleasure. This watch is an original creation, made and tested to meet the traditional standards of the high quality. We guarantee that this watch has been manufactured with the greatest care.
2.WATER RESISTANCE
If your watch is not marked, usually on the back of the case, with either the words “ Water Resistant” or a degree of water resistance (3ATM), then it is not water resistant. Care should be take to avoid getting the watch wet as damage to the movement may result. The crown must be pushed in completely to prevent water from entering the watch. Water resistant 3ATM: Does not resist showers and suchlike. Excessive contact with water may cause damage to the water. Important! Water penetration and/ or damage caused under these circumstances will not be cover by the warranty.
3.LIMITED WARRANTY
Under this limited warranty, your watch’s parts and work manship are guaranteed under normal use for 24 months from the date of purchase. If you become aware of a defect in parts or workmanship during this time, Tomell watches will, at its sole discretion, provide for repair or replacement of your watch in accordance with the terms herein. If your watch’s model or any part original to your watch’s model is not available, a substitute of equal value may be provided for purposes of repair or replacement.
To obtain repair or replacement of your watch under this limited warranty, please contact an authorised Tomell service provider, who will provide additional instruction. 4.LIMITED WARRANTY
If you send your watch for repair or replacement, please ensure it is carefully packaged to prevent any damage during transit. Do not include any special watchband or other items of personal value in the shipment, as we cannot guarantee their return. Although you will not be charged for repair or replacement under this limited warranty, you may be required to cover the costs of packaging and mailing your watch to an authorised Tomell London retailer or service provider, as well as the costs of return shipping and handling. If it is determined that the limited warranty is void or does not apply, you may be charged for part or all of any repair or replacement. If the battery in your watch is depleted at the time of repair or replacement, you may be charged for a replacement battery.
5.LIMITED WARRANTY
This limited warranty does not cover the following:
Batteries, straps, bands, bracelets, arrows or crystals.Any form of damage, provided there is evidence indicating that such damage resulted from an accident, improper use, or mishandling of any component of the watch or its accessories, handling contrary to the instructions or guidelines provided with your watch, insufficient care or improper maintenance, tampering, abuse, normal wear and tear, or any cause other than a defect in the watch's components or workmanship.
