TOMELL LONDON WATCH WARRANTY POLICY.
1. Thank You for Choosing Tomell London
We appreciate your purchase of a Tomell London timepiece. Our watches are crafted with precision, tested to meet the highest quality standards, and designed to bring you lasting enjoyment. Each Tomell watch is manufactured with meticulous care and attention to detail.
2. Water Resistance
If your watch does not have the words "Water Resistant" or a specific water resistance rating (e.g., 3ATM) engraved on the back of the case, it is not water-resistant. Avoid exposing non-water-resistant watches to moisture, as this may cause movement damage.
- 3ATM Water Resistance: Your watch can withstand minor splashes but is not suitable for showering, swimming, or submersion in water.
- Ensure the crown is fully pushed in to prevent water entry.
Important: Water damage resulting from misuse or exposure beyond the stated resistance level is not covered under this warranty.
3. Limited Warranty
Tomell London provides a 24-month limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a defect arises within this period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the watch with a model of equal value if the original model or part is unavailable.
To request service under this warranty:
- Contact an authorised Tomell service provider.
- If purchased through our official website, contact our Customer Service Department via the contact form on www.tomellwatches.co.uk.
4. Warranty Service & Shipping
If your watch requires service:
- Package it securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Do not include special straps, bracelets, or other personal items, as we cannot guarantee their return.
- While repairs or replacements under warranty are free, you may be responsible for shipping and handling costs.
If the issue is determined not to be covered under the warranty, you may incur repair or replacement charges. Additionally, if your battery is depleted at the time of service, you may be required to pay for a replacement battery.
5. Exclusions & Limitations
This warranty does not cover:
- Batteries, straps, bands, bracelets, crystals, or arrows.
- Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, mishandling, or failure to follow care instructions.
- Normal wear and tear or unauthorised repairs or modifications.
