WARRANTY FOR TOMELL WATCHES
THANK YOU FOR PURCHASING A WATCH FROM TOMELL
You have acquired a watch from Tomell which we hope shall
bring you great pleasure. This watch is an original creation,
made and tested to meet the traditional standards of the high quality. We guarantee that this watch has been manufactured with the greatest care.
If your watch is not marked, usually on the back of the case, with either the words “ Water Resistant” or a degree of water resistance (3ATM), then it is not water resistant. Care should be take to avoid getting the watch wet as damage to the movement may result. The crown must be pushed in completely to prevent water from entering the watch. Water resistant 3ATM: Does not resist showers and suchlike. Excessive contact with water may cause damage to the water. Important! Water penetration and/ or damage caused under these circumstances will not be cover by the warranty.
Under this limited warranty, your watch’s parts and work manship are guaranteed under normal use for 24 months from the date of purchase. If you become aware of a defect in parts or workmanship during this time, Tomell watches will, at its sole discretion, provide for repair or replacement of your watch in accordance with the terms herein. If your watch’s model or any part original to your watch’s model is not available, a substitute of equal value may be provided for purposes of repair or replacement.
To obtain repair or replacement of your watch under this limited warranty, please contact an authorised Tomell service provider, who will provide additional instruction. If you mail your watch for repair or replacement, you must ensure it is packed carefully to avoid any damage during shipping. Do not include any special watchband or any other item of personal value in the shipping, as we cannot guarantee its return.
Although you not be charge for repair or replacement under this limited warranty, you may be required to cover the costs of packaging and mailing your watch to an authorised Tomell retailer or service provider, as as the costs o f return shipping and handling. If it is determined that the limited warranty is void or does not alloy, you may be char ged for part or all of any repair or replacement. If the battery in your watch is depleted at the time of repair or replacement, you may be charged for a replacement battery.
This limited warranty does not cover the following:
Batteries, straps, bands, bracelets, arrows or crystals.
Water penetration, except in watches marked as water resistant.
Damage resulting from repair, service, or alternation by anyone other than an authorised Tomell retailer or service provider is not covered under this limited warranty.
All implied warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness, are limited to 24 months from the date of purchase. This limited warranty is only valid if you have bought your article from our official webpage www.tomellwatches.co.uk
